MONTANA STATE COURTS
Criminal cases in Montana State court covers a broad range of offenses, from misdemeanors like disorderly conduct and DUI’s to serious felonies such as assault, drug possession, and homicide. As a defense attorney practicing in State, county and municipal courts in Montana, I am familiar with each court’s practices, schedules and personnel.

Every person accused of a crime has constitutional rights that must be protected, including the right to remain silent, the right to an attorney, and the right to a fair trial. My role is to ensure those rights are upheld while building a strong, strategic defense based on the facts of the case.

The stakes in a criminal case can be life-altering, with potential consequences ranging from fines and probation to lengthy prison sentences. That’s why I approach each case with a commitment to due process and individualized defense. Whether a client is facing their first misdemeanor or has been charged with a more serious felony, I take the time to thoroughly investigate, challenge evidence, and advocate for the most favorable resolution—be it dismissal, reduction of charges, or a not-guilty verdict at trial.

In Montana’s often complex legal landscape, informed and aggressive representation can make all the difference in the outcome of your case.
